Ambassador Hotel

This Mediterranean-style Tulsa landmark was introduced in 1929 to provide upscale temporary housing for oil barons and their families. Subsequent years after, it was used as a commercial apartment hotel and a senior retirement center until it closed entirely in 1982. Fifteen years later, the hotel was renovated by Paul Coury and his team, restoring the building to its early day elegance. Listed on The National Register of Historic Places.
